The LiveLitigation Dashboard allows users to securely login and view a schedule of upcoming events, join live streams, and Upload or Download Exhibits.

  • Supported File Types for Exhibits: PDF, PNG, JPG
  • Max Pages Per Document: 500.
  • Max File Size Per Document: 50 MB.
  • Max Files Per Batch Upload: 25.
    • No more than 25 documents can be uploaded in a single batch. You can upload as many batches as necessary to add all of your files.
    • PDF Documents cannot exceed 500 pages in length.
    • Documents in .DOC, .XLS or other formats should be converted to PDF prior to upload.
    • Large files/multi-page documents will take longer to process.

LiveLitigation Dashboard Login

Login to the LiveLitigation Dashboard to Join Events or Upload/Download Exhibit Files.

  • Access the portal at https://join.livelitigation.com/mycal
  • Login with your Email Address and Password.
  • If you don't have a password, click 'Forgot Password? Didn't Receive One?' and a new password will be sent to your email address.

My Calendar

The My Calendar view shows the current month and lists any events you have been invited to attend.

  • Use the arrow icons at the top to change the Month or Year to find other events.


Select An Event

Click on an event on the calendar to view its details.

  • When an event is selected, an action sheet appears including details and shortcuts.
  • The sidebar on the left will display any files that have been uploaded and shared with this event.
    • This includes any files you have shared, or files that have been shared by another member of your Group.

Join An Event

At the start time of the event, click the link on the action sheet that reads: Click Here to Join

Upload & Share

To upload files for an upcoming event, and share them with the members of your group:

  • Click the Upload Files icon on the action sheet or the sidebar.
  • Select 1 or multiple files to upload.
    • Files must be in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
  • Once uploaded, your files are stored in My Files, and are Shared with the other members of your group.
  • Any member of your group can Save a Copy, Download, Preview or Exhibit the files you've shared.

Manage Tags

To create and apply tags to files:

  • Click Manage Tags.
    • Enter a name for the Tag.
    • Click Add.
  • Click Add Tag.
    • Select the Tag from the dropdown list.
    • Click Apply To All Files to apply the tag to all of the files you're uploading.

Save To My Files

To save a copy of any file shared by another member of your group:

  • Select the file in the list.
  • Click the icon to Save to Your Files.
    • A new copy of the file is now available in the My Files section.

Download

To download a copy of any file to your computer:

  • Select the file in the list.
  • Click the icon to Download.
  • Choose a download location on your computer.

Unshare Files

To unshare any file you have previously shared:

  • Select the file from the list.
  • Click the icon to Remove File From Event.
  • Once removed, other members of your group will no longer have access to the file.
    • Note: During the time the file was shared, members of your Group may have Saved or Downloaded copies of the file.
    • Note: Files that are unshared are not deleted, but remain accessible to you in the My Files section.

Preview File

To view the contents of any file:

  • Select the file in the list.
  • Click the icon to View File.
    • While viewing a file, you can Zoom, Resize, or Navigate multiple pages.

My Files

The My Files section lists all of the files that you have stored on the server:

  • Uploads from your computer.
  • Shared or Submitted Files that have been saved from events.
  • Any file in this view can be Shared, Downloaded, or Deleted.
    • Select 1 or multiple files in the list.
    • Use the icons in the header to perform different actions.

Shared Files

The Shared Files section shows a detailed view of the files shared with an event.

  • Select an event from the My Invitations sidebar.
  • All files Shared with your Group in this event appear in the center.
  • The file's owner is noted by name in the list.
  • To save a copy of any file owned by another member of your group:
    • Select the file in the list.
    • Click the icon to Save to Your Files. Or...
      • Click the icon to Download to your computer.

Submitted Files

The Submitted Files section shows a detailed view of the files Submitted during this event.

  • Select an event from the My Invitations sidebar.
  • All of the Submitted Files from this event appear in the center.
  • To save a copy of any Submitted File:
    • Select the file in the list.
    • Click the icon to Save to Your Files. Or...
    • Click the icon to Download to your computer.
